State’s bond rating affirmed, UW upgraded
Standard and Poor’s (S&P) reviewed the State’s “General Obligation” and “Miscellaneous Tax” bond ratings, as well as the University of Wyoming Trustees’ “General Obligation” bond rating with positive results. S&P affirmed the General Obligation’s AA/Stable rating, as well as the Miscellaneous Tax’s AA+/Stable rating while the outlook for the UW obligation was upgraded from AA-/Negative to AA-/Stable.
