Treasurer Invests in Coal

The State Treasurer’s Office directly invests in equity positions of seven (7) United States-based coal companies (see below). Our goal is to earn as much money for the State as possible, keeping in mind the risks associated with each investment so we can protect your money. We have continually beaten our benchmarks in bad times, as well as good times, and continue to invest for the future of Wyoming and her citizens.
